self-catering accommodation for rent in our privately owned villa in La
Barrosa, near Chiclana, Cadiz on Spain's Atlantic Costa de la
Luz (Coast of Light).
An enduring favourite with Spanish holidaymakers, the Costa de la Luz is famed for its all-year round sunshine, its seafood, its wine (sherry) and its fantastic beaches, backed, not by ribbons of development, but by sand dunes, marshland, farmland and pine forests. This really is authentic Spain.
Our 3 bedroom villa is pleasantly situated in a quiet and select residential area, a 10 minute walk (2 minute drive) from La Barrosa Beach, a glorious 7km stretch of clean, golden sand renowned as one of the finest beaches in Southern Spain.
A
host of restaurants, cafes and bars are also within easy walking distance
(in La Barrosa and on the promenade). The local tennis club with floodlit
courts and an outdoor pool is only 100m away. Golf,
horse riding, swimming, fishing, tennis, sailing, surfing (kite, wind
& Malibu) are just some of the many outdoor activities readily
to hand whilst the fascinating cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville are all
nearby.
The area is well served by a myriad of low cost airlines through a number of nearby airports (Jerez, Seville, Gibraltar, Malaga & Faro) - see links.
Our agent who speaks fluent English, German and Spanish lives next door and is on hand to deal with any problems and advise on how to make the best of your visit. She is also very happy to arrange excursions / tours as well as recommend and book tee times for any of the many great golf courses in the area.
