The Area

The house is situated in a quiet residential street about 10 mins walk from the seafront at La Barrosa with its beach, shops and restaurants.

To the rear of the house is a private park and children's play area for the sole use of the area's residents. The house has a lawned garden on three sides. The garden is professionally maintained on a weekly basis and is stocked with beautiful plants. It is fully enclosed ensuring privacy and provides an extremely safe environment for small children.

The local tennis club, which has a pool (open in July & August) and 12 floodlit courts, is a few metres distant.

There is a local baker's shop within 100m which is open through the summer and at weekends throughout the year.
