Prices quoted are for self-catering accommodation only and are quoted in Euros per week.
The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, water etc) and cleaning.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, dish towels are supplied. You are requested to bring your own beach towels.
Bookings are accepted on receipt of a 30% non-returnable deposit (or minimum €150). Full payment will be required 30 days in advance of the first booked date.
Payment can be made by cheque made out to JA & B Kongialis and sent to 3 Beaufort West, Bath, BA1 6QB or by bank transfer to either our UK or Spanish bank accounts (details supplied on request).
Payment can also be made by credit card or debit card using the 'Paypal' link on the home page. Note you do not need to be a Paypal member to use this service, but a surcharge of 4% is payable to cover Paypal charges.
Departure / arrival dates are flexible.
Normally, July and August bookings will require a 2 week minimum stay, though we are always happy to discuss individual requirements - please ask. All other bookings require a one week minimum stay with extra days available at the pro-rata rate (i.e. 1/7th of the weekly rate per day).
Discounts will be given for bookings of more than 2 weeks. Please contact us for further details or for advice on flights, car hire etc (or see links).
